7. Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver:

  • They will attempt delivery 1–3 times, depending on the courier service.

  • If unreachable or undeliverable, the order may be returned to us.

  • Re‑delivery may involve additional shipping charges.

Please keep your phone reachable during expected delivery dates.

8. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Wrong PIN code

  • Invalid or unreachable phone number

Such orders may be returned or delayed; re-shipping charges may apply.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears:

  • Damaged

  • Opened

  • Tampered

Please take photos/videos immediately and contact us within 24 hours.
We will assist with a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
