Refund and Return Policy

We strive to provide you with the freshest and highest‑quality dry fruits and related products.
Since our items are perishable food products, we follow a strict and transparent Return & Refund Policy as outlined below.

1. No Returns on Opened or Used Products

Due to the nature of food items, we do not accept returns for products that have been:

  • Opened

  • Used

  • Partially consumed

  • Tampered with

Please check the product before opening the seal.

2. Eligible Return/Replacement Cases

You may request a return, replacement, or refund only if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The item is expired at the time of delivery

  • The package is missing items

To be eligible, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

3. Proof Required for Claims

To process your return/refund request, you must share:

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product

  • Photo of the outer packaging

  • Screenshot of the order invoice

This helps us verify the issue and take fast action.

4. Non‑Returnable / Non‑Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products opened after delivery

  • Items with minor variations in color, size, or texture (natural variations)

  • Products that develop moisture or sogginess due to improper storage

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Dry fruits are natural and may vary slightly from batch to batch.

5. Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds usually take 5–7 business days (payment gateway timelines may apply)

  • In case of replacement, the new product will be shipped at no extra cost

We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet policy guidelines.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 2–5 business days.

7. Delivery Issues

If a courier delay causes spoilage or damage:

  • Please report it immediately with photos.

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner and keep you updated.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen events.
